International Shotokai Federation (ISF) members along with Shihan Kai Leung participated at Sensei Ramon Hiraldo’s Annual Karate Tournament in Corona New York on February 17th 2008. Shihan Leung along with Sensei Luis Rojas and Sensei Edwin Concepcion help judged all day.
