Hands down the best dojo I have ever attended. Strengths include, strong technical instruction, sense of community, inspiring classes and personal attention to every student. My challenge is the location – I do not live within walking distance but the proximity to the subway, many class choices and excellent instructors make the added travel time very worthwhile.
A fantastic traditional karate dojo with a warm family atmosphere and incredible winning reputation. Shihan Kai Leung, Sensei Bernard Clemons and SenseiI Edward Nieto are wonderful and caring instructors. Our daughter has been going here since she was 4 years old and has thrived in many ways. We hope she will continue to grow here for many many years to come. Highly recommended!
I can honestly say that a big reason for the man that I am today is because I started learning Karate at this dojo since I was 5 years old. It has helped me in many aspects of my life, how I look at life and how I try and achieve my short and long term goals. My daughter is also now a student because I know how vital it’s been to my life and any success I’ve enjoyed professionally but more importantly, personally.
Awesome dojo with some of the very best students in the nation…all conducted in a friendly family atmosphere…highly recommended led by Shihan Kai Leung…the very best!!!
