The highlight of the cruise around Manhattan was seeing the Statue of Liberty and the twin towers of the World Trade Center.
Shihan Kai Leung grew up in Chinatown and saw the building of the World Trade Center starting from 1966 to 1971.
The beauty and magnificent of the twin towers brought back many fond memories of that time. It's been eighteen years since our cruise and eight years since the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001.
Since the attack on America, the world has changed a great deal. We must not forget the past and remember the people that lost their lives that day.
