Shihan Kai Leung lived in Lewistown Pennsylvania from 1975 to 1976.
Shihan went there to live with his Uncle Frank and attended Lewistown High School.

In Lewistown he met Dale Amspacker and became best of friends. He also taught Dale martial arts.

Shihan Leung also became a friend of William Park the local martial art instructor and assisted in his school.
Shihan Leung moved back to NYC in 1976.

Shihan Leung attends Dale Amspackers wedding in 1982 but over many years lost contact. Then one day Ellen called out of the blue and invited Shihan Leung to attend a surprise birthday party for Dale. It was Dale's 50th birthday. It was 27 years ago that Shihan Leung last set foot in Lewistown and a great opportunity to visit and see Dale and his family.

Shihan Leung was surprise to find out that Dale is very gifted with his hands and was able to construct his own house, restore antique cars and paint designs on tractor trailers. He was able to build anything. He also helped raised three kids. Dale is truly amazing.

Shihan Leung and his wife stayed at Dales home and met his sons Aaron, Avery and Ashton. Shihan Leung also met his brother Darren and his wife at the house. It was great seeing everyone after 27 years!
