The Shotojuku Dojo participated in Shihan Serge Clark's annual tournament on Sunday January 25, 2009.
The tournament was held at the Louis Armstrong Recreation Center in Corona New York.
Shihan Clark's tournament was very well organized and ran smoothly. Shihan George Aschkar and members of the NYTKL officiated.

Shihan Leung and Federation Members participated in support of Shihan Clark. Many well known instructors such as Shihan George Aschkar, Shihan Cleve Baxter, Shihan Herb Wiles, and Shihan Cedric Barksdale also attended. We all had a lot of fun judging, helping out, and our students came home with many of the medals. All the officials wanted to thank Shihan Clark for a delightful Japanese Lunch.
